No. Reading, filtering and saving events is free, and you need no account. What an event costs is up to its organiser, and you pay them directly.

No. Every event links to the organiser's own registration, and the ticket, the payment and any refund are between you and them. Register for an event

A person at Ventranet reads every event before it goes live. Nobody pays to appear, and the list is not filled automatically. How events get onto Ventranet

There is no form for that. We find events ourselves. If you organise one and something in our listing is off, write to admin@ventranet.ch. Report a mistake

All of Switzerland, sorted into 20 city hubs from Zürich, Geneva and Basel to Chur and Olten. An event elsewhere goes to the nearest hub. Filter the list

No. The list is sorted by date and grouped by month, and six filters narrow it down in a few taps.

Changes appear within a few minutes of being saved. The line Last updated above the list tells you when that last happened. Prices and times still come from the organiser, so check their page before you go.

No. Saved events stay in your browser on this device. On another device the list starts empty. Save events for later

For a card from the website, write to admin@ventranet.ch with the reference from your confirmation email. In the RMS you change it yourself under Profile → Ventracard. Then add the card to Wallet again. Change your Ventracard
