For every person there can be up to six cards, one for each kind you switch on:
| Card | You see → you recall |
|---|---|
| Face → Name | their photo → the name |
| Name → Face | the name → the face |
| Name → Role & company | the name → what they do and where |
| Role & company → Name | the job and company → who it is |
| Name → How you met | the name → the occasion and the city |
| Name → Notes | the name → what you wrote under About |
A card needs what it asks for. Without a photo there are no face cards, and with an empty About no notes card. At the start three kinds are on: Face → Name, Name → Role & company and Name → How you met.
