On the event pages

You need no account to read, filter or save events. Saved events stay in your browser. We never receive the list.

Questions you send

A question about an event or a message to us is deleted 24 months after you sent it.

The Ventracard

Your card stays online until you ask us to take it down. A card made in the RMS ends when you delete your account. The record of the sale (email, price, date) is kept for ten years, because Swiss bookkeeping law requires it.

The RMS

Your people, notes and settings sit in your account. Nobody at Ventranet reads them unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it, and they are used for nothing but your RMS. How the assistant uses them, and how to export everything, is in Your data.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, take it with you, or withdraw consent. Write to admin@ventranet.ch. It costs nothing, and we answer within 30 days. You can also turn to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
