Sign out or delete your account
Where to find both, and how long you can change your mind.

Sign out: Profile → Account → Sign out.
Delete your account: Profile → Account → Delete account…. To confirm, type the email of your account. You are signed out on every device and get an email with the date.
What goes: every contact with the history and notes, your decks, AI chats, settings and your Ventracard. Want a copy? Export your data first (Privacy & data).
Changed your mind? For 14 days, just sign in again and choose Keep my account. Everything is as it was. Within about a day after those 14 days the account is deleted for good. If you don't want to wait, sign in and choose Delete it now.
