Limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance for the assistant. A single week can use up to 40 % of it, so one busy week never uses up the whole month. Profile → AI Assistant shows in percent how much you used this month and this week.

• The bar turns orange from 80 % and red at 100 %.
• The monthly limit renews on the 1st of the month, the weekly one on Monday at midnight (Zurich time).
• When a limit is reached, the assistant answers with a short note instead and pauses until it renews. Everything else in the RMS keeps working.

On a weekly plan there is only a weekly allowance: the same room over the year, spread evenly over the weeks. It renews every Monday.

A short question uses little. A long conversation or a drafted message uses more.
