A tour of the window

The header

On the left are the Ventranet mark and the search. On the right are the pages: Dashboard, Network, Memory, Help and Profile. When the Personal Assistant is closed, an Assistant button opens it again.

The search works on the page you are on: on Network it filters people, on Memory decks, on Profile the settings, on Help the articles. On the Dashboard, typing takes you to Network.

The pages

• Dashboard: what to do today.
• Network: everyone, with filters and sorting. Click a person to open them.
• Memory: today's cards, your decks and how well you know people.
• Profile: your account and every setting.

The Personal Assistant

The column on the right. Drag the line between it and the page to make it wider or narrower. A double-click on the line puts it back to its standard width. Close it with × or Esc.

The bar at the bottom

Forms open over the page. Minimise one with the minus button and it waits as a small capsule at the bottom until you come back to it. More about that.
