Next to every person is a bar. It is full right after you were in touch and runs down day by day, like a timer. On the way it changes colour.

• Almost lostLong past due
• InactiveGone quiet: dormant

• Green, Hot. The first third of the time until the next reach-out.
• Blue, Warm. All is well. The next reach-out is coming.
• Yellow, Reach out now. The next reach-out is due. The Dashboard and the Due filter show these people.
• Red, Almost lost. It has been due for a while. A short message still works.
• Grey, Inactive. The tie has gone dormant. One touch wakes it up again.

Point at a bar to read why: “Warm · next reach-out in 5 days · last contact 2 weeks ago”.

A touch fills the bar again: a message, a call, a meeting, even a comment on a post.
