Add the card to Apple Wallet

On your iPhone

Open your card page (the link in your email) and tap Add to Apple Wallet. Wallet shows the card; tap Add. Done.

From a computer

Wallet lives on the phone. Open the link from your email on your iPhone and add it there. In the RMS, Add to iPhone Wallet… shows a QR code. Scan it with the iPhone camera and the card page opens on the phone.

That QR code only opens your card page. It is not the code on your card.

Showing it

Open Wallet, tap the card, and hold the phone out. The other person scans the code with their camera.

Android

The Ventracard is an Apple Wallet pass and does not open in Google Wallet.
