Price, payment and refunds

The price

CHF 3.90, once. No subscription, nothing that renews. It is charged in Swiss francs, including 8.1 % Swiss VAT. On a paid RMS plan the card is included.

Paying

Through Stripe. Card payments work everywhere, and Apple Pay appears when your device supports it. Ventranet never sees your card number. Your receipt and the link to your card come by email.

If something does not work

If the page does not load, the code points nowhere, or the card will not go into Wallet, write to admin@ventranet.ch with the reference from your confirmation email. We fix it or refund you.

Changing your mind

The card is delivered the moment the payment goes through. Before you pay, you tick a box asking for exactly that, and from then on there is no right of withdrawal. You can have the card taken down at any time, but that does not bring a refund.
