When a tie goes dormant
How long silence may last, and how to wake someone up.

A tie goes dormant when you have not been in touch for a long time. The bar is then grey.
How long that is depends on importance: the more someone matters, the sooner silence counts.

| 9–10 | 180 days |
| 7–8 | 270 days |
| 5–6 | 365 days |
| 3–4 | 540 days |
| 1–2 | 730 days |
Dormant does not mean deleted. Log a touch and the person is warm again. Whether dormant people show in the list is up to you (Profile → Network → Show dormant people).
