Every person can have named dates: a birthday, an anniversary, the day their company was founded, or any other name you like.
They show on your Dashboard under Coming up from 30 days before. A birthday with a year also says how old the person turns. Don't know the year? Leave it out.
Reminders for dates can come a little earlier: on the day, 1 day, 3 days or a week before (Profile → Reminders).
