Irem Aydin

Irem Aydin is General Manager of CALIDA, the Swiss underwear and lingerie brand of the CALIDA Group, and a member of the group's executive management. She took over the brand in July 2024.

Her background is sourcing and production. For around 15 years, from 2002 to 2017, she held leading sourcing and procurement roles in the international fashion and textile industry, including at Gap and Hugo Boss. In 2019 she founded her own sourcing company, MIM Sourcing, and from 2021 to 2023 she was Head of Sourcing at Wolford in Bregenz.

She joined CALIDA in 2023 as Director of Operations, responsible for product development, planning, production, quality management and logistics, before moving to the top of the brand a year later.

Aydin holds a BSc in textile engineering and an MSc in engineering management from Istanbul Technical University. She is a member of The Boardroom, a network for women in leadership.
