Walder Wyss is a Swiss business law firm, founded in Zurich in 1972. Besides its head office in Zurich it has offices in Geneva, Bern, Basel, Lausanne and Lugano.

Its lawyers cover corporate law and M&A, banking and finance, litigation and arbitration, tax, intellectual property and competition, employment, real estate, restructuring, data and technology, life sciences, private equity and funds, and private clients.

A start-up desk supports founders from the first idea to an exit or IPO. Walder Wyss is a main partner and legal partner of the Swiss Startup Association and an annual partner of SICTIC. It hosts workshops for both at its Zurich office, for example on fundraising and on the taxation of exits.
