Kellerhals Carrard

Kellerhals Carrard is a Swiss business law firm with offices in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Gstaad, Lausanne, Lugano, Sion and Zurich, and representative offices in Shanghai and Tokyo. The present firm grew through a series of mergers: with Christen, Rickli & Partner in Basel in 2015, with Carrard & Associés in Lausanne and Sion in 2017, and with PSM Law in Ticino in 2019.

The firm describes itself as organised as a decentralised cooperative. It covers around 30 specialist areas, including desks for China, Japan, sustainability and startups.

Its Startup & VC Desk advises founders and venture investors from incorporation to exit. Since 2022 Kellerhals Carrard has been a service provider member of Swiss Healthcare Startups. Its lawyers host breakfast and brunch sessions for founders at its Zurich office, on topics such as employment law and data protection.
