Zoe Qianhua Xiong

Zoe Qianhua Xiong is a senior manager in EY-Parthenon's strategy and transactions practice in Zurich and part of the firm's China Business Services Desk in Switzerland. She is a certified public accountant.

She advises multinational life sciences and healthcare companies across the full M&A cycle: cross-border transactions, carve-outs and separations, transformation programmes, due diligence and transaction support, along with setting up legal entities and separating finance and IT functions. Her projects span Europe, Asia and North America, for pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and diagnostics clients such as Baxter, Johnson & Johnson, MSD and Lonza.

Before moving to Zurich she worked for EY in New York. She helps Swiss and Chinese life sciences organisations find growth, investment and transformation opportunities in each other's markets.
