Vincent S. Reardon

Vincent S. Reardon became a partner in VISCHER's corporate and commercial team in January 2026, having joined the Swiss firm as an associate in 2015. His practice centres on transactions and financing rounds in the life sciences: M&A, private equity and venture capital, IPOs and SPAC business combinations. He works with founders, investors, entrepreneurs and academics, from start-ups and university spin-offs through to exits, and advises management and boards on governance and strategy.

Before VISCHER he was a corporate lawyer at a law firm in Geneva and counsel in the legal department of a Fortune 500 company in the United States. He studied law at the University of Fribourg, was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2012 and earned his doctorate at the University of Basel in 2024. He works in French, English and German.
