Suzanne Lauritzen

Suzanne Lauritzen is the founder of Navigi, an independent practice that helps families, owners and family offices deal with shared ownership, wealth transitions and the relationships around them.

She has worked in this field for more than 25 years. Her career began in Sweden in corporate tax planning, M&A and tax litigation. In Switzerland she moved into international tax and private client work and spent over 15 years in senior roles at multi-family offices, trustee firms and private wealth businesses, as partner, managing director and board member. Most recently she was a private client tax partner at EY, where she built up family governance and family office services.

Today she acts as adviser, facilitator, mediator, sounding board, protector or director, depending on what a family needs. She is an international tax lawyer (LL.M.), a STEP Trust and Estate Practitioner and an accredited mediator (CSMC, CEDR). She works in English, French and Swedish and is also an adviser to Leidar.
