About Serge
Serge Migy is a partner at Kellerhals Carrard in Lausanne, where he has worked since 2020. He advises on tax and corporate law and is often brought into Swiss and international M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.
He has worked in this field since 2002. After eleven years in tax consulting, at a Big Four audit firm and a law firm, he was a partner at Mazars from 2013 to 2019. He studied law at the University of Neuchâtel, graduating in 1998, was admitted to the bar in 2001 and is registered with the Vaud bar.
Migy teaches at the Haute école de gestion de Fribourg and in the tax law programmes of EXPERTsuisse. He speaks and writes on tax questions, especially on the transfer of businesses, and is a member of the International Fiscal Association.
