Sasha Cisar

Sasha Cisar is specialist for sustainable investing at Nest Sammelstiftung, a Swiss pension foundation. He also sits on the board of the Green Fintech Network.

Before Nest he was head of SDG evangelists and research at radicant, the digital bank founded by Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank, which appointed him in October 2022. There he led sustainability research and active ownership. Earlier he worked at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, first as a sustainability analyst for real estate and later as sustainability manager.

Cisar is a trained architect. Before moving into finance he did research on sustainable construction at ETH Zurich. He lectures on sustainable finance, including in the executive programme on ESG and sustainable finance at the University of St. Gallen, and is active in Swiss Sustainable Finance.
