About Sandro
Sandro Galfetti is a managing director in the Capital Solutions Group of Houlihan Lokey in Zurich, which he joined in 2025. Covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa, he advises private capital sponsors on GP-led transactions and liquidity solutions.
He has worked in private equity secondaries for well over a decade. From 2020 to 2025 he was managing director and head of EMEA secondary advisory at UBS Investment Bank in London. Before that he was a managing director at Park Hill, the secondary advisory unit of PJT Partners. From 2008 to 2014 he was a senior member of the private equity secondaries investment team at Capital Dynamics in New York, London and Switzerland. He began his career in 2002 in financial services at Swiss Re in Zurich.
Galfetti holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Zurich.
