
About Ramona
Ramona Wyss is a partner in the transaction team of Walder Wyss in Zurich, a role she has held since January 2020 after joining the firm in 2011. She advises on corporate law and M&A, capital markets, start-up and venture capital financings and joint ventures, with a focus on regulated industries and energy. Her practice also covers public procurement, sanctions and export control law.
Before joining the firm she completed the trainee programme at UBS and worked in the legal department of a Swiss energy company. She studied law at the University of Zurich (MLaw) and at King's College London (LL.M.) and is admitted to the bar in Zurich.
Wyss co-authors the Switzerland chapter of the Chambers Global Practice Guide on venture capital and has written on Swiss export controls, sanctions and procurement law. Chambers Europe 2026, Best Lawyers 2027 and IFLR1000 2026 list her.
