About Mauricio
Mauricio Campos Suarez is an executive coach and co-founder of Inner Development Goals Switzerland, the Swiss hub of the IDG initiative. He works with leaders and teams on change, and coaches and mentors start-ups.
Before he turned to coaching, he spent more than twenty years in pharmaceutical companies, leading teams spread over more than 40 countries, with a focus on leadership development and digital health innovation. He trained as a systems engineer at UTN in Buenos Aires and holds an Executive MBA from IE University in Madrid. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and also holds EMCC accreditations.
With Eleftheria Egel he edited "Inner Development Goals: Stories of Collective Leadership in Action", a two-volume anthology published by De Gruyter. The first volume, "From 'I' to 'We'", appeared in 2025. Through his own practice he offers executive advice, keynotes and team coaching.
