Magnus Ahlqvist

Magnus Ahlqvist is President and CEO of Securitas AB, the Swedish security services group, a position he has held since 2018. He joined Securitas in 2015 as Divisional President of Security Services Europe and a member of Group Management.

Before Securitas he worked in mobile communications. At Sony Ericsson and Sony Mobile Communications he was general manager in Canada, vice president and general manager for Spain and Portugal and the Telefónica account, and president for Greater China. He then moved to Motorola Mobility as Corporate Vice President for EMEA and India.

He holds an MSc in economics and business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and completed a leadership programme at Harvard Business School. He chairs the International Security Ligue and sits on the board of Octave Intelligence, the software company spun off from Hexagon.
