Lukasz Bochenek

Lukasz Bochenek is CEO of Leidar, the advisory and communications firm founded by Rolf Olsen that works under the banner of "Leadership Navigation". He became chief executive in 2025 and is based in Geneva.

He joined Leidar at its founding. As managing director of Leidar Switzerland he moved the Swiss office from Nyon to Geneva, and before taking the top job he served as Deputy CEO responsible for the European offices. The firm has offices in Oslo, Brussels, London, Geneva, Dubai, Singapore, Washington and New York.

Alongside his advisory work he has co-directed the Executive Programme for Advocacy in International Affairs at the Graduate Institute in Geneva. He holds a PhD in management from the University of Neuchâtel, with a dissertation on corporate social responsibility in international agenda-setting. He also has an LLM from King's College London, a master's in communications from the University of Geneva and a bachelor's in social science from Warsaw.
