About Katia
Katia Gutknecht-Botti is a trainer, coach and lead auditor who specialises in sustainable procurement and supply chains. In 2018 she founded her own company, KGC Sàrl, which works under the name LinK by KGC and offers quality audits, project support and training in project management, negotiation and sustainable purchasing.
She spent about 15 years in the consumer goods industry, in supply chain, procurement and project roles at Firmenich, Procter & Gamble and SC Johnson. She holds an MBA from 1998 with a focus on procurement and supply chain, and has since added PMP certification, a Swiss federal certificate as an adult educator and lead auditor qualifications for ISO 9001, ISO 21001 and eduQua.
Today she coaches SMEs as an operations and cooperation coach at platinn, the innovation support programme of the western Swiss cantons. She teaches at CEFCO, HEG Fribourg and HEIG-VD, and with Eric Plan she co-led platinn's "Résilience" project.
