About Gregor
Gregor Hasler co-founded Mill Reef Capital in Zurich in 2019 together with Nico Taverna and is a partner of the firm and vice chair of its board. Mill Reef specialises in smaller and more complex private equity secondaries in Western Europe, from LP liquidity and GP-led transactions with continuation vehicles to preferred equity.
The firm's first fund closed at its hard cap of EUR 180 million in 2021 and the second, oversubscribed, at EUR 350 million in 2023. The firm is owned by its founders and employees.
Before founding Mill Reef, Hasler held a senior role in secondaries investing at LGT Capital Partners, which he left in 2019. He holds an MSc from CEMS and an MA from the University of St. Gallen and is a CFA charterholder.
