About Fabio
Fabio Versolatto is a partner at Rentsch Partner AG in Zurich and an attorney admitted to the Swiss bar. He works in intellectual property, competition, contract and industrial law. His cases include trademark, design and unfair competition disputes, and he drafts and negotiates development, distribution and licence agreements.
Versolatto studied law at the University of Zurich and graduated magna cum laude in 2010. He then clerked at the District Court of Hinwil. In 2012 he joined Rentsch Partner as a trainee lawyer, passed the bar in 2014 and has worked there as an attorney since November of that year.
He teaches trademark, name and company name law in the training for Swiss IP specialists and patent attorneys, and he writes case commentaries for iusNet Intellectual Property. The World Trademark Review lists him in the WTR 1000 for 2024, 2025 and 2026.
