Fabian Etter

Fabian Etter is co-president of swisscleantech, the Swiss business association for a climate-friendly economy, and owner of the consultancy Etter Advice. He was elected co-president in March 2020, after serving as vice-president, and was re-elected in March 2025.

Etter studied business administration at what is now the ZHAW School of Management and Law. He headed sustainability management at Swisscom and later sat on the management board of Energie Zukunft Schweiz. His work spans strategy, business development, marketing, sustainability and innovation in energy, construction, ICT and public affairs.

He chairs the board of the EKT Energiestiftung, launched in 2023, and is a member of the sustainability advisory council of Thurgauer Kantonalbank. He also sits on several other boards and advisory boards and invests in companies.
