Cécile Nguyen-Cluzel

Cécile Nguyen-Cluzel is a partner in the defence fund of Latour Capital, which she joined in 2025. She brings nearly 30 years of private equity experience to the role.

She began her investment career in 1995 at Initiative & Finance. In 2002 she helped found MBO Partenaires, later MBO+, an independent management company focused on small caps, where she spent about twenty years. She has backed companies in technically demanding sectors such as healthcare, defence and software, and as a partner she led 16 investments. From 2024 until joining Latour Capital she invested independently.

She holds a master's degree in financial engineering from Université Paris-Dauphine and a certification in corporate governance from Sciences Po.
