Söderberg & Partners

Söderberg & Partners is an independent financial services group from Sweden. Founded in 2004 and based in Stockholm, it advises companies and private clients on wealth management, pensions and employee benefits, and brokers non-life insurance. Asset management, fintech and new ventures support these main areas.

The group has offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, a fund company in Luxembourg and IT development mainly in Spain. In 2024 it reported revenue of EUR 929 million. The founders keep control of the company, while the investment firms KKR and TA Associates hold minority stakes. Per-Olof Söderberg chairs the group and Gustaf Rentzhog, a co-founder, is group CEO.

Since 2024 Söderberg & Partners has been expanding in the United Kingdom. In 2026 it agreed to acquire the advice business Benchmark from Schroders, with Schroders becoming a long-term asset management partner as part of the deal.
