SECA

The Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA) represents the private equity, venture capital and corporate finance industries in Switzerland. Members range from investment companies and banks to corporate finance advisers, audit firms, consultants, lawyers and private investors. The non-profit association is based in Rotkreuz, Zug.

SECA is organised in chapters for private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, and legal and tax, along with Young SECA and a Comité Romand. The Legal & Tax chapter publishes model documents for Swiss startup financings, among them templates for equity rounds and convertible loans. The association also issues yearbooks and, with startupticker.ch and startup.ch, the Swiss Venture Capital Report.

Most of its calendar is webinars, lunch talks, evening panels and workshops. Once a year it holds the SECA Conference.

In 2026 SECA and the Asset Management Association Switzerland became members of each other.
