MLL Legal

MLL Legal is a Swiss commercial law firm with offices in Zurich, Geneva, Zug and Lausanne, as well as in London and Madrid. It traces its roots back to 1885. The firm took its current shape in July 2021, when Meyerlustenberger Lachenal merged with FRORIEP. At that point it had more than 150 lawyers.

Its work centres on high-tech, innovative and regulated sectors, with particular strength in intellectual property, fintech, data protection, real estate, and banking and finance.

For founders MLL runs a team called MLLStart!. It advises on company set-up, intellectual property, financing rounds, software and IT contracts, employee incentive plans, data protection and exits.
