Konsento

Konsento is a Swiss legal technology company that digitises corporate governance for companies limited by shares, limited liability companies and cooperatives. Konsento AG is based in Zurich and was entered in the commercial register in 2019. Its co-founders, Dominik Witz and Sandro Stricker, lead the company.

On the platform, companies keep their share register, hold general meetings online, in hybrid form or by proxy, and run board meetings and circular resolutions. Konsento also handles capital increases and other corporate actions. One assistant helps companies identify their beneficial owners and report them to the federal transparency register; another, based on AI, answers questions on the platform.

According to the company, more than 700 Swiss companies limited by shares used Konsento in 2026. It works with a network of law and fiduciary firms and is a member of the Swiss Startup Association and Swiss LegalTech.
