Helvo

Helvo is a Swiss fintech company that offers small and medium-sized enterprises a platform for running their finances. It was founded in 2024 and is registered as HELVO SA in Crissier in the Canton of Vaud; its technology team works in Helsinki.

The platform combines a business account with Swiss franc and euro IBANs, a capital deposit account for founding a company, automated accounting, invoicing with payment matching, Visa business cards and payroll. It also produces cash-flow forecasts, profit and loss statements and runway figures. Helvo is not a bank: the accounts are provided through Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, which is supervised by FINMA.

In 2026 Helvo opened a beta for a limited number of SMEs in June and made the platform available to the wider Swiss market in September. In its first financing round it raised CHF 6.2 million.
