Anker Capital

Anker Capital is an investment boutique in Zug that makes direct investments and advises companies on strategy and financing. Anker Capital AG was entered in the commercial register in 2020.

The firm advises on capital structure and capital raising, growth, mergers and acquisitions, and the purchase and sale of shareholdings, including exits through an IPO, a trade sale or a succession. As an investor it backs early-stage companies, with a focus on artificial intelligence, fintech, deeptech, proptech and agritech. Its portfolio includes companies such as Leaseteq, Lookthrough and Exentis Group.

Anker Capital is a member of the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA). In 2025 it absorbed Anker Consulting AG of Zurich through a merger.
