Aequitec

Aequitec is a Zurich company that runs a digital platform for share registers and cap tables. Swiss companies use it to manage share transfers, capital increases, general meetings and employee shareholdings. The platform handles uncertificated securities, tokenised shares and book-entry securities.

Aequitec AG was founded in 2020 and is led by its co-founder and CEO, Christian Wilk. F10 Investment AG invested in the company at the end of 2020. In 2022 Aequitec acted as share registry provider when SIX Digital Exchange tokenised the private shares of F10.
