Sandra von Kaenel

Sandra von Kaenel is founder and CEO of GoCircular, a consultancy in Le Noirmont in the Jura that helps companies apply the circular economy. She set it up in 2022. GoCircular trains teams in circular product design and business models, coaches firms on sustainable machinery and waste prevention, and manages projects on machine fleets and reverse logistics.

Von Kaenel trained as an engineer in microtechnology and has more than 20 years of experience in industrial production, asset management and process control. She managed international projects for the Swatch Group and Philip Morris International, including factory builds where she defined machine requirements, selected suppliers and installed production lines. She holds CAS degrees in supply chain and in ecological transition, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a certified Circulab consultant.

She is project lead in a CoBooster working group on harmonising environmental frameworks in the watch industry, and in August 2026 spoke at a CoBooster event on the circular economy as a business opportunity.
