Melanie Tschugmall

Melanie Tschugmall is co-founder of CRO2go, a fractional revenue leadership firm. It helps mid-sized B2B SaaS and fintech companies sort out their go-to-market execution, with clients in the DACH region, the Nordics, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. Instead of hiring a full-time chief revenue officer, companies bring in an experienced revenue leader for a set period.

Tschugmall has worked across the whole revenue cycle, from marketing and presales to sales, partnerships and customer success. Her career took her to KPMG, Zühlke and SAP. In the Nordic markets she built new business units and commercial functions from scratch. Her focus is B2B services in engineering, consulting and IT, and B2B software.

She founded CRO2go with Melanie J. Lennert-Anliker.

At CRO2go her work focuses on building revenue engines for clients, from a first audit with a 30-day plan to a 90-day build and an on-call revenue leader.
