Dr. Yasemin Tahris

Yasemin Tahris is co-founder and CXO of Flowit, a Zurich company that builds an AI coach for HR. The platform gives employees who don't work at a desk, such as nurses, service technicians and hospitality staff, real-time feedback and learning support.

She founded Flowit in 2021 with Bilâl Tahris, Hosam Shahin and Stephan Müller. In June 2024 it won the Swiss Economic Forum's SEF Award in the services category. In August 2024 it raised CHF 4 million from VI Partners, Alstin Capital and the angel investor Daniel Gutenberg. By October 2024 more than 70 companies were using it.

Tahris is a work and organisational psychologist. She holds a master's in the field and a doctorate from Middlesex University London. Before Flowit she headed personnel development at ARTEK AG and was a partner at Soziale Unternehmungen Zürich. She lectures at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences. In 2023 she was a finalist for the Digital Female Leader Award in the New Work category.
