About Dr.
Vanessa Craig is a biomedical researcher and the founder of Formettā, a Swiss brand of collagen supplements and health formulations. She created her first collagen formulation in 2015 and launched the brand in 2020. Every product is Swiss-made, third-party tested and based on clinical research.
Craig studied molecular biology and genetics at the University of Sydney, with honours in biochemistry. She earned her PhD in molecular oncology at the University of Zurich, summa cum laude. Her research looked at how inflammation and nutrition affect the health of cells. She has patented two targeted cancer therapies and completed a fellowship in epigenetics at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. She also holds a certificate in nutrition science from Stanford School of Medicine.
She runs Formettā with CEO and co-owner Vanesa Trütsch.
